At the January meeting of the NHGRS we had about 25 of our members present in the Board Room in the Hospitality Center at Southern New  Hampshire University, North River Rd., Manchester, NH.

President Dave Sawyer (center) directs the meeting.  (No he doesn't use a baton.)

The hands of Secretary, Ken Hawes is seen busy taking minutes in the lower right corner.

After the business portion of the meeting which usually takes about 20-30 minutes we hold a show and tell where members bring in new items they have purchased or show off project they have either in the works or completed.

Larry Goodhue, founding member of the Live Steam SIG (Special Interest Group), or as he likes to refer to it as "The Real Train Division of the NHGRS".

(We all let him think that way even though everyone knows Diesels are the real trains)

Larry shows off his Accucraft Live steam Shay - Mich. Cal #5 and C-21 2-8-0 that he will be taking to Diamond Head Mississippi for the National Steam-up.

George Konrad (Center) shows off some new Accucraft products.  The AMS Tank cars, and the Electric Shay - Mich. Cal #2.

Don Sweet Brought in his USA Trains Undecorated Hudson which he just finished installing RCS remote control in.  The phoenix sound system really made everyone wish it wasn't -4 degrees F so they could go out and run trains.

Dave Miller showed off a MEC scratch built pulp wood box car that he purchased.  It was originally built by Mike Ledley form NY.

Dave Sawyer showed us his new Aristo brass rail speeder. (see photo at top of page)

Scott Suleski brought in two USA trains Ultima series Box Cars and a Pulp wood hopper that he had weathered.

All-in all it was a very fun meeting.
